ZIMECTERIN GOLD IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: ZIMECTERIN GOLD has not been tested in foals younger than two months of age, mares at or near the time of breeding, pregnant or lactating mares, and breeding stallions. There have been rare reports of swelling and irritation of the mouth, lips, and tongue following administration of ZIMECTERIN GOLD. This product should not be used in other animal species as severe adverse reactions, including fatalities in dogs, may result. Not for use in humans.

The syringe contains sufficient paste to treat one 1250 lb horse at the recommended dose rate of 91 mcg ivermectin per lb (200 mcg/kg) body weight. Each weight marking on the syringe plunger delivers enough paste to treat 250 lb body weight.
ZIMECTERIN is available at retailers and can be administered by a horse owner. However, it is best to consult with your veterinarian before treating your horse. Horse owners should work closely with their veterinarian to ensure continued effectiveness of their deworming programs and selectively treat only those horses that need it.
To administer ZIMECTERIN, deposit paste on the back of the horse’s tongue and immediately raise the horse's head for a few seconds after dosing.

Store at 68° F - 77° F (20-25° C). Excursions between 59° F - 86° F (15-30° C) are permitted.
